How to order Payment Shipping Returns & Exchanges Cancellations

Ordering process

1. Add to Cart

Select your desired items and quantities from the product list, then click “Add to Cart” to proceed to your shopping cart.

2. Review Cart

If your order details are correct, click “Proceed to Checkout.”

3. Login or Register

If you already have an account, log in to continue.
If you’re a new customer, please register by clicking " New Member Registration " before proceeding.

4. Enter Shipping Address

Enter your delivery details. If you’re logged in, your registered address will be automatically filled in.
Click “Change” to update or modify your address.

5. Payment

Payment is by credit card only.
For more details, see the" Payment "section below.

6. Complete Your Order

Review your order and click “Place Order” to confirm.
You will see a confirmation screen and receive a confirmation email at your registered address.
You can also check your order history from your My Page account.

Payment

・Credit Cards Accepted:
Visa / Mastercard / American Express / JCB
All card information is encrypted and securely transmitted.

* We do not accept credit cards under a name different from the purchaser.
* We may require identity verification (e.g. phone confirmation or submitting ID via fax).
* In the event of fraudulent activity, all IP and access log data collected at the time of the order will be submitted to the authorities.

Orders may be canceled if:

  • The information matches previous fraudulent activity.

  • The billing address and credit card address do not match.

  • The billing and shipping addresses differ, and one of them cannot be verified.

Shipping

1. Shipping Method

All items are shipped via courier.

2. Shipping Fees

For customers purchasing T-shirts or books
Flat-rate shipping: ¥700 (tax included)

An additional ¥700 (tax included) will be charged for deliveries to Okinawa.

For frozen tacos:

  • Shipped via frozen (cool) courier.

  • Up to 3 items per box.

  • Shipping: ¥1,200 (incl. tax) per box.

Example:

  • 3 items → 1 box → ¥1,200

  • 4 items → 2 boxes → ¥2,400

For deliveries to Okinawa:
An additional ¥1,200 per box is charged on top of the standard shipping rate.

3. Time-Slot Delivery

You may select a preferred delivery time from the following:

  • Morning (before 12:00)

  • 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

  • 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

  • 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM

* Please note this is a guideline only; deliveries may be delayed due to weather or traffic.
* Time slot delivery may not be available in certain areas or remote islands.

 Returns & Exchanges

In principle, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
However, if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days.
We will arrange an immediate replacement.
If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund.

※ We may not accept returns depending on the condition of the product or order details.
※ Returns not processed through our official method cannot be accepted.

 Cancellations

We regret that we cannot accept cancellations after an order has been placed.
Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
